How does Commerce7 make tasting room experiences seamless?

Commerce7 offers the ability to sign up a club member in the POS, process club shipments, ship orders, and personalize customer experience. We offer features like the “Smart POS Notice” which allows for custom information to display to your tasting room staff to notify them of birthdays and relevant information to personalize their experience. We also offer Insights (in the POS, admin, and reservations) which serve up extremely valuable information about your customers with respect to the SKUs they have purchased, amount of visits to the winery and LTV to name a few.

Does Commerce7 have kitchen tools for restaurant service?

Yes, Commerce7 has food modifier products, kitchen tickets for printing to ensure you can serve your customers best.

Can I start tabs with Commerce7’s POS?

Yes, absolutely. You can create a tab for any customer and close out the purchase at your discretion.
