Commerce7 Acquires WineDirect's SaaS Division

Big news from us at Commerce7: our parent company Fullsteam, has acquired the Direct-to-Consumer SaaS division of WineDirect! This exciting step means we’re growing our team, expanding our platform, and enhancing how we support wineries worldwide.

With approximately 35 experienced WineDirect employees joining our team, we’re boosting our talent pool and strengthening our ability to help wineries thrive. We’re doubling down on innovations like artificial intelligence and machine learning to push our tools even further for ecommerce, wine clubs, and tasting room management. A Smooth Transition for WineDirect Clients

We know change can be daunting, but we’re committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for WineDirect clients. Here’s what we have planned:

• Payments Migration: Within six months, WineDirect clients will move to Fullsteam Payments, complete with features like Apple Pay, Google Pay, tokenization from EMV devices (no more writing club member credit cards down on signup forms) and advanced security protocols.
• POS, Club, Ecommerce and Data Migration: We’re covering the cost of data migrations and we are working with partners to bring over websites for free or at reduced costs.
• Proactive Support: Dedicated onboarding specialists, detailed training materials, and regular updates will keep everything on track and transparent.
