High and Very High tier customers are flagged on the POS and customer record, giving your staff the right signal at exactly the right moment to make the ask. Scores update automatically as customers purchase, visit, and book reservations so the data is never stale when your staff need it most, and likelihood scores feed into queries and dynamic tags so your marketing team can build targeted acquisition campaigns around the same intelligence your floor staff is already using.

Every club membership receives a churn risk score and tier, so your team always knows where to focus retention efforts. At-risk members are flagged directly on their membership record before they cancel, giving your staff time to reach out with a personal touchpoint or targeted offer. The model analyzes order history, email engagement, and reservation activity together for a more accurate signal than any single data point, and risk scores feed into queries and dynamic tags so you can build focused segments and automate outreach to the members who need attention.

A longstanding issue affecting orders with multiple fulfillment locations has been resolved. We've rebuilt how items are fulfilled in the backend, so orders with split fulfillment now process correctly every time.

More varietals are now available when setting up wine products. The full list of additions by category:

Hold details are now included in the Club Membership export. If a membership is currently on hold or has a future hold scheduled, those details will appear in the export. One hold is shown at a time, and past holds are not included.

Click any tag to instantly pull up a filtered view of all Customers, Orders, Club Memberships, or Reservations where that tag has been applied, so finding what you need takes one click instead of several.

Once an email is scheduled, you can now cancel it and remove the scheduled date directly from the campaign, so you're never locked in and have more control over your emails.

Product SKUs and quantities are now included in the Club Shipment export, giving you a more complete picture of what's going out in each shipment without having to cross-reference elsewhere.

Entering reservation details on a tablet just got smoother. Every input in Reservations now triggers the right keyboard automatically, whether that's a date picker, a number pad, or a standard keyboard.

When adding a virtual gift card to an order in Admin, you can now enter or edit the recipient's email address on the spot.

If your carryout location differs from your main address, your receipts should reflect that. The carryout address set in your POS Profile now appears on thermal receipts for carryout orders, so customers always see accurate pickup information.

The gift card recipient experience just got a little more polished. Commerce7 now includes the order date and recipient email address in the gift card confirmation email, giving recipients clearer context right from the start.
